Veteran Services

7hills Veteran Services Program is a community based housing program specifically targeted to veterans and their families. The program provides short term, rapid rehousing and homelessness prevention assistance with intensive case management to very low-income Veteran families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness. The goal is to help increase participants ability to sustain permanent housing and reach their full potential. Stabilization Coordinator’s work with Veteran families to identify their housing stability goals, such as locating affordable rental housing, securing utilities. They also assist in obtaining or maintaining employment, budgeting, and applying for VA benefits. In addition to these services, we also provide Veterans and their families temporary financial assistance for some expenses relating to housing stability such as rent, utilities, employment and vocational costs, childcare, and moving costs.
