Steven accepted the position of COO in May of 2017 and is responsible for the overall operations of all three of our programs: Day Center, Veteran Services, and the Walker Family Residential Community. He also oversees the financial and human resource aspects of the company.

Background:
Steven first developed his leadership skills while serving in the US Army Reserves. While serving for six years one of which was spent with the 484th Joint Movement Control Battalion deployed in Afghanistan, he also began working in a leadership capacity at a Boys & Girls Club in Branson Missouri. During his time in Missouri, Steven worked to meet the needs of underprivileged youth and represented the youth development sector on State-level boards. Seeking new opportunities, Steven then accepted a position as CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Hot Springs where he worked to enable the youth of Garland County to reach their full potential and develop strategic relationships to help further the Clubs mission. Steven is excited to bring his experience providing team development, fiscal, strategic and operations leadership in dynamic environments and challenging situations to 7hills and its mission of ending homelessness through opportunities, education, and hope.

Steven is married to Misty Mills and has two children Xander and Chloey.
