I Need Help

We’re here to support you, whatever you need.

How do I get to 7hills?

Visit us at 1832 S. School Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701 any time between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you have a vehicle, we have plenty of parking for you. We’re located between 15th Street and the Razorback Technology Park at Cato Springs Road on the east side of School Street (US 71B). You can also reach us by taking Route 20 on Ozark Regional Transit. We have a bus stop on our property.

Where can I find shelter?

We’re open every Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. You’re welcome to hang out at our Day Center during that time frame and take advantage of our other services like free meals, food, clothing, showers, and more. Our on-site Case Managers will help connect you to resources and get you on our community-wide housing list (see below).

Salvation Army has locations in both Bentonville and Fayetteville that provide emergency overnight shelter. We recommend reaching out to them directly if we are closed and you need immediate shelter.

I am being evicted or may lose my home soon. How can you help?

We have Case Managers who can help guide you through this process and connect you to other organizations that may be able to help. Visit us at our Day Center to speak with a Case Manager. Alternatively, you may call 211 to reach organizations that provide eviction prevention and related support. If you’re searching for affordable housing, feel free to download our affordable housing list here. *(and insert link)*

I am homeless now. How do I get on your list for housing?

Our HOPE program follows policies and procedures set by our regional Continuum of Care. Part of this includes participating in a community-wide, collaborative housing process. To get on the community housing list (also known as the By Name List), you must complete an assessment called the VI-SPDAT. This form helps us evaluate your needs and match you with the most appropriate support and housing interventions available in our community, not just those available through 7hills. Our Case Managers at our Day Center can give you this assessment to get you on the list via phone or in person at our Day Center location.

I need medical or legal assistance. How can you help?

We regularly have nurses on-site at our Day Center to provide free, basic services. Community Clinic also has a mobile health unit at our Day Center once a month. Routinely, we will have legal clinics with lawyers and organizations like Legal Aid come to our Day Center to meet with you. We hope you’ll take advantage of these partnerships. You can visit our Day Center Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Where can I find other resources that 7hills may not offer?

We have Case Managers who can help guide you and connect you to other organizations that may help. You can also download our helpful resources list.
