Who is the Day Center for?

7hills Day Center is dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.

We provide essential services such as meals, clothing, showers, hygiene items, and more to help meet daily needs.

Our goal is to assist people in crisis and guide them toward stability and self-sufficiency.

We collaborate with various agencies to offer comprehensive support, including healthcare, legal aid, and employment assistance.

Day Center Services

  • Weekly Meal Schedule:

    • Monday:

      • Breakfast | 8:30 - 10:00 AM

      • Dinner | 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

    • Tuesday:

      • Breakfast | 8:30 - 10:00 AM

      • Dinner | 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

    • Wednesday:

      • Breakfast | 8:30 - 10:00 AM

      • Dinner | 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

    • Thursday:

      • Breakfast | 8:30 - 10:00 AM

      • Dinner | 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

    • Friday:

      • Breakfast | 8:30 - 10:00 AM

      • Lunch | 12:00 - 1:00 PM

      • Campers bags handed out all day

  • Our food pantry exists to serve the most immediate need that many of our unsheltered guests have, hunger.

    Campers Bags

    • Throughout the day on Fridays, we hand out bags with 1-2 meals’ worth of non-perishable food that requires little to no preparation.

    Housed Bags

    • Each day, we provide groceries to our housed, food insecure guests.

      Groceries are available only for housed guests, as they contain frozen and refrigerated items that require preparation

    • Showers | available daily until 3 PM

    • Travel-size hygiene products | available daily

      • soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, razors, etc

    • OTC medicines

    • First aid supplies

  • Clothing Closet Schedule:

    • Monday | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    • Wednesday | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    Guests are able to pick out 1 full outfit each week, based on availability.

    Clothing Donation Needs:

    • Underwear

      • Men’s boxers | all sizes

      • Women’s panties | all sizes

    • Belts | all sizes

    • Jeans

      • Men’s | 28-40 waist sizes

    • Shoes | all sizes

  • At the Day Center, our resource advocates are available daily to assist guests with:

    • Securing forms of government ID

    • Medicaid and SNAP Applications

    • Researching and engaging with substance use programs via case management

    • Accessing mental health services via case management

    • Searching for employment

    • Researching resources for other needs

  • Weekly

    • Wednesdays

      • UARK Nursing Students

      • DMV Trip @ 10:30 AM

    • Thursdays

      • Bike Repair @ 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM

      • SSA Help Desk @ 1:30 PM

    Monthly

    • Haircuts for homeless guests | First Thursday of every month

    • Free physician for homeless guests | Schedule varies

    • Legal Help Desk | Schedule varies
